Hi Everyone-
Lots going on the past week. Cody just left today back to Calgary. He was suppose to leave yesterday but his flight was cancelled. It was nice to have him an extra day. I can't believe I don't miss Calgary one bit!
I have been super busy and just got back from Austin. Cody and I went to lots of raw food places, potlucks and Ritamaire's. I will be posting videos, pictures and more plus the newsletter tomorrow. Must get sleep tonight. I have had major detox issues. I have had little headaches the last few days. I think it is because I did try a tiny tiny tiny little taste of some of the raw foods. I am going to schedule a LBA this next week. I must see my blood.
Oh. I bought a brand new white 2010 Honda Odyssey mini van yesterday. I super love it and so happy I feel safe with Abigail in the best rated mini van. Feeling good. Have not lost any weight in the last week. Must go run tomorrow and need more sun. We have had some rain the last week.
Over all feel FANTASTIC!!!!! Love to all miss you too!
