Here are a few pictures my mom took of me. My skin is sooooo soft and I am really loving my hair. I don't know if it is because of the humid weather that my skin and hair is so silky or if it is the juice fast. Feeling really good. Lots of energy today. Still taking my MSM, probiotics, Udo's DHA Algae Caps, chlorella and my daily green juice. I have not had major detox issues as some people have. Remember I did some deep cleanses a few years prior to Abigail. I was amazed that I did not have too much detoxing going on. Good I guess. I hope all is well. See you in a few weeks!
Oh. I started the fast on June 1 at about 135 lbs. I am down to 110. I pretty much have not lost any weight since July. I dropped most of it in June. Curious to see if I drop anymore in the next few weeks. I have started running, but no weight loss because of it, but I am feeling firmer.
