Hi Everyone-
Wow I am feeling FANTASTIC!!!!!!!! Only a few weeks left to go. It has gone by sooooo FAST!!! I really feel good. This fast was really not that hard. I dropped all the weight I needed to and have maintained my ideal weight for the last 3 weeks. It will be interesting to see how my weight will respond when I incorporate raw foods back into my diet.
I spent the entire day with Dr. Ritamaire yesterday and learned lots of things. Cody and I belong to this program called GeneWize that tells you your DNA make-up and what you lack according to your DNA. Dr. Ritamarie was impressed with the data. If you are interested in this just contact Cody directly. I can't wait to see my blood and see what is going on. I am not going to be too hopeful. I still have lots of healing going on and know that it will take years of raw foods to heal my body. The fast just accelerated the process.
