Day #85

Hi Everyone-

I am on the road to Calgary. I am in Albuquerque, New Mexico today. My moms car broke down so were are running late to Sat Lake City. We are all tired. I am still drinking my 1/2 gallon of green juice and other juices. I am however eating some raw foods and some food. As I have to start making and tasting food for the David Wolfe event. Wow! Though. I made it to 80 days no problem, but knew I needed to start eating some. So, I did not make it to the 92 days, beat myself of a little but I know I could do 100 + if that is all I had to focus on. I worked way harder than I wanted to in Texas, taking care of Abigail, the store, websites, the David Wolfe event, my mom, family, friends. work work work. The good thing about this fast is I had lots of energy cause I got very little sleep. I'm still feeling fantastic and have that glow in my eye. I have a little flab on me and now need to focus on toning up.

Once I get settled back into Calgary I will write my testimony about this fast. For now. I will post my videos on our trip back. Hope you are all well!!
