is a certified raw food chef. Her training consists of teaching classes in New York City, Calgary, Washington DC, Phoenix, Houston, Dallas and Austin, Texas under Naturopathic Doctor Ritamarie Loscalzo, creator of fresh n’ fun living and of course being trained in Maine under Alissa Cohen. She has taught over 300 people in Living on Live Foods classes.
Tonya has been a raw foodist for the last five years.
Tonya manages all the raw food purchases, creates the JOH newsletter, coordinates all the raw food events, advertising, and teaches raw food classes at Journey of Health. And when she has time she likes to prepare gourmet raw food for fun, loves to travel and has been to raw food restaurants in NYC, Washington DC, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Dallas and Boston. Her favorite is spending time with her husband and daughter, Abigail and do lots of reading.
